High Turn Down / Nozzle mixing / Low Emission
ITAS Ductflame burners are typically used in Hot Air Generator applications where air flows are varying in quantity, back pressure, Oxygen content, humidity and temperature. ITAS Ductflame burners are of the modular design, offering “endless” combination possibilities to configure burners with capacities ranging from 100 kW to 30 MW.
Ductflame burners and ducts are designed to result in optimum temperature uniformity in the outgoing air flow. Due to the nozzle mix design, emissions are low.
Features:
• Gas control only
• Large airflows
• Improved temperature uniformity
• Flexible modular design
• Reliable performance
• High Flame Stability under any process condition
