Steam and overheated water generators .

Equipments of one stage, two stages, and modulating with air-gas curve characteristic by mechanical transmission or programmable electronics. Also in applications with special NOx emission requirements.
Plants corresponding to multiple types of process; from boilers for the production of sanitary hot water to steam generators for various industrial uses.
Working with light liquid fuels (Gasoil) or heavy (Fueloil), gaseous (GN / GLP), mixed, and covering a wide range of powers ranging from a few KW wells to several MW

Surface treatment in general to attend the needs of any industrial area.

Combustion equipment in facilities for drying, curing, polymerizing, treatment tunnel, enamelling, etc.
In general and in a majority way they are installed for indirect heating by means of air-air exchange, but in the same way they are also applied in some direct flame processes.
These burners incorporate as standard in the body itself, the electrical ignition and safety control devices, as well as local start / reset and stop command. Optionally they can also mount the process controller (temperature / pressure).
When an external implementation of the burner command and operation is chosen, an electrical cabinet is made including all the needs and required specifications, this is a general rule in sectors such as automotive among others.
Finally and as a third option, the combination of ignition control incorporated as standard in the burner body and the manufacture of an external process command and control cabinet is also possible.

Surface treatment using heat exchangers and supply groups for direct air heating, specifically for the automotive industry.

Indirect gas monoblock burners in air-air exchangers for cataphoresis lines, lacquer ovens, waxing, etc.
Direct gas burners in duct, with configuration of single stage and high turndown double stage, for hot air supply groups in painting booths and in air make-up units, for the conditioning air of spaces.

Direct air heating group in painting booth.

Direct gas equipment in heating air group for painting booth in automotive factory.
This burner has a high modulation turndown, approximately twice its nominal design. Such performance is achieved by dividing the total installed power into two independent zones. In the video you can see the different sequence phases, from the ignition of the pilot injectors, to pass seconds later to the ignition of stage 1. Once the first zone has stabilized, the control process of temperature demands the input of zone 2.

Special applications and systems.

Facilities to solve the needs of the primary sector, for the elimination of waste and polluting emissions, moisture extraction, for iron and steel processes, foundries, etc.
We study the feasibility for each application, its complexity, needs and specifications for the process, providing the most optimal solution in each case.

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer.

Burner installed in a thermal oxidizer for the elimination of volatile residues. In a second phase of the process, an exchanger recovers part of the incineration heat to produce steam that will be used by the factory for various applications.

Almond dryer.

Equipment in dried fruit dryers.

Asphalt dryer.

Portable asphalt mixing, heating and drying process plant for paving.

Dryer for the treatment of substrates and mushrooms.

Burner installed in a hot air generator for a rotary dryer for treating substrates and mushrooms. The equipment is powered with biogas that is produced in the same plant. This project belongs to the “Smart Mushroom Project” of the European Consortium of companies and research centers.

Dryer for the treatment of grass.

Grass / straw drying plant with 14.5 MW burner in hot air generator. The LMV5 electronic ratio system controls the gas – air proportion for each load point, so that throughout the burner power curve, combustion takes place optimally.
